Question

Invited users are not receiving the e mail invite to set up a user account. Is this a QuickBooks issue or do I need to set certain parameters on my firewall?

Have you let them check their junk or spam folders, bruce33?

 

The invite email might've been stored there. If the email is not received, delete and add the user again.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you want to delete. Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
  3. Select Delete, then select Delete again in the confirmation window.
