Is there anyway to just keep the old version QBO? I am now registered blind, the new version is far too busy and hard to navigate, plus it tells me not to zoom screen.

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t offer the option to go back to the old version.

While the recent update changes the appearance of QuickBooks, all your core features and data remain intact. You can use accessibility options such as customising your dashboard to display your most-used tools or Bookmarking pages for easier access. This can help simplify navigation and reduce visual clutter.

I can see that being able to switch back would be helpful. We encourage you to share your feedback to help improve the navigation experience in QuickBooks. To do this, navigate to the Gear icon> Feedback> Enter a brief description of your product suggestion> Next.    

Regarding your concern about zooming in, please check your iMac settings to ensure the feature is enabled, and adjust it to make content easier to see.
