Question

My halifax account transactions stop at november. Where have the rest of my transactions gone? Is the data I've been inputting gone?

I've just logged back on to do some tax work. I was a few weeks from finishing all my transactions for 2024/25. I was scrolling down the transaction list and for some reason it cuts off on the 14th November. What's going on? To clarify the bank has been resynced to QB so I have no idea why it's showing everything up to November 2024.

We appreciate you for bringing this issue to our attention, Kels-rush77. We recognize how important it is to keep your financial data intact, especially for tax preparation.

It seems there might be a temporary problem with the connection between QuickBooks and Halifax, which is why transactions after November 14, 2024, are not appearing. Incomplete data can occur due to temporary disruptions or mismatches between the bank's data transmission and QuickBooks data retrieval processes.
