Not receiving verification texts so unable to log in. Tried incognito window but still does not work. Trying to use the chat help but this is not functioning either. HELP

Can you try turning your phone off and back on again and try and log into your account again sometimes it does take a few minutes for the text with the code to come through. Also try and get the code sent to your email instead of via text so you can get into your account.
