Re-Activation Quickbooks Desktop 2020 premier Accountant

I used QuickBooks tool hub to fix error 3371x. I am currently experiencing difficulty re-activating QuickBooks, I either receive 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' when trying the 'open and restore company'.

 

How do I reactivate and restore my company information. I still have my perpetual license I purchased back in march 2020. I do not have access to the agent who helped me with the purchase.

I have also attached a picture of the reactivation report which requires a validation code. How do I get around this.

They have discontinued QB Desktop UK version and Support is no longer helping with providing activation codes. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 as a workaround. Where is your company located?
