Hi there, @cw2pol.

When migrating from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to QuickBooks Sole Trader, some transactions may not transfer automatically, particularly those dated before January 1, 2023. As a workaround, you can manually download your QBSE transactions and import them to QuickBooks Sole Trader.

Here’s how:

  1. In your QBSE account, go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Use the Type, Account, and Time period dropdowns to display the travel expense transactions.
  3. Select the Download icon.

To import the transactions to QuickBooks Sole Trader, follow these steps:

  1. In your QuickBooks Sole Trader account, go to the Gear icon and click Import data.

  2. Choose Bank Data on the record type dropdown and Import

  3. Upload the file you downloaded earlier and Continue.
  4. Complete the file setup.
  5. Hit Got it once done.

For more details about importing transactions to QuickBooks manually, you can refer to this resource material: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks.
