Question

Trying to create new QB entity. I can't because my email is already used for an account I need to keep. How do I set up multiple QB entities using same email user?

Hi there, @desautels.

 

When you sign up for the new subscription, you'll be asked to create an Intuit account. From there, you can use your existing email account by clicking the Sign in link. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/pricing/.
  2. Choose a version of QuickBooks.
  3. On the signup page, select Sign in.
  4. Enter your login information and follow the on-screen prompts to set up the new company.

Once done, it'll be easy for you to switch companies. The following article contains additional information how to add users, bank account and if you want to move some of your existing lists to the new account:
