Upgraded from qb self employed to sole trader. All my information migrated over except my invoices

Invoices are one of the types of data that do not automatically migrate when you switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to QuickBooks Sole Trader, tregs1966.

QBSE and Sole Trader operate on different platforms. Intuit has made efforts to streamline the migration of key data such as customers, transactions, and bank connections; however, some items, including invoices and certain reports, do not always transfer automatically.

If you have downloaded and saved your reports and accounting information, you can manually import your invoices into QuickBooks Sole Trader. This software allows you to import data from a spreadsheet file, such as a CSV.

However, if you did not copy and store your invoices, you can check your previously sent invoices in your email and then enter them manually into QuickBooks Sole Trader.
