Want to cancel one of my wholesale client subscriptions - but I only get an option to transfer it to them?

I have a client that no longer wants to use QBooks Simple Start. I pay the sub through my wholesale billing. I went to cancel their subscription from my account, but it will only let me transfer it to them, not just cancel it? They have never used it themselves, so will not know what to do from their side. I am sure I have cancelled subscriptions easily in the past. Am I missing something obvious??!

Now, since you don't have an option to directly cancel your client subscription. I suggest to transfer billing to client option to remove your client from your Wholesale Billing and let your client perform the necessary steps because it's possible that your client is the primary admin.
