When I log in on my phone it takes me to a free trial and not my account. How do i stop this? My computer and partners phone log in fine.

Hello Pevereyview, Welcome to the Community! In order to see why this is happening, we'd need to check what  URL you're logging in with? Or if you are using the app check which app you have downloaded, the Self Employed app or the Quickbooks accounting app?Thanks
