When will mileage be available to all users?

There is no specific time frame as to when it will be available to all users, donna31.

As of now, only the master admin can access the Mileage feature. However, I have a workaround for you. You can manually track mileage for multiple vehicles by creating a Bill. Just an overview, this process involves:

• Setting up a supplier profile use only for mileage tracking.
• Creating an expense account
• Making a new product stock for Mileage (This has to be linked to the expense account you've created).

Then, here's how to track a mileage:

1. Click the + New icon, and then select Bill.
2. Enter a supplier's name.
3. Under Item Details, select the mileage stock you've created.
4. Enter the quantity, rate, and amount.
5. Click Save and close.

If you want to make the item as a billable expense to a customer, click the Billable box. On the other hand, you can review your account register when you want to see you manually tracked tips.
