Why is my monthly subscription gone up to £36

so having looked into your account the reason why it is more, is the discount you had on your account is finished now so it has gone to full price now.

Your discounted period may be expired and you have to pay the regular price now. If you wish to get the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
