Before we proceed, may I know the name of the bank account you're trying to connect in QuickBooks? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution.
If this a new connection, I recommend validating the credentials first on the financial institution’s website. Once verified, try connecting the bank account again on your QuickBooks Online account by following the steps below:
Go to the Banking menu.
Click Add Account.
Search your bank or use the correct URL when you log in to your bank's website.
Enter your bank's username and password.
Select the type of account.
Choose how far back you want to download bank transactions.
