Hi Preliminary,

Going back to a previous version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn’t possible, as it’s a cloud-based service that updates automatically. These updates keep your data secure, compliant, and up to date with the latest features.

If you just need to undo or review what changed, you can pull up the Audit Log report. It shows who did what and when, so you can fix mistakes and get your books back in order. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Filter the Date Changed and Events to narrow down the results.
  3. Locate the transaction that you need to make changes, and click View under the History column.
  4. You can take note of the original details from the Event section.

Alternatively, if your subscription is less than 60 days old, you can purge your account to start fresh. For step-by-step instructions, see Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, I recommend subscribing to a new company.
