Welcome to Community! When you need to edit your account from sole proprietor, to incorporated, the best course of action is to create a new QuickBooks Online account. This is highly recommended as you will have a different BN provided by the CRA.
When creating your new account, please keep in mind that you a can use the same user ID and password, to tie everything to one email address. This will also enable you to switch back and forth from the accounts effortlessly.
