Cancelled subscription in Sept 2019. Supposed to have access to data for a year. Cant get into anything. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Having access to your QuickBooks Online data for 365 days after cancellation is so important. This gives you time to save important company information that you'll have to hold on to. I know how important it is to get into your account, so I'll point you in the right direction for help.

While the Community is a great place to reach out with your questions and collaborate with other users, this situation would be best addressed with our tech support team. It's important that we look into your account information and find out what may be happening. 

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying out some basic browser troubleshooting to try and regain access to your account. 

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser to remove the stored Internet files that build up over time. These stored files can cause bugs in QBO and other sites. Here's how to clear them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers to get things back on track.
