Edit payments done to employee before subscription

Welcome to Community!  It's important that year-to-date information is entered in QuickBooks Online Payroll for your staff.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction, to ensure this is applied as soon as possible!

In this situation, you'll need to connect with us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will be able to work with you directly and assist with entering the information from our end.  

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
