To determine if this issue is related to your browser, let's follow some troubleshooting steps to bypass the error:

 

  1. Refresh the current page (Ctrl + R for Windows or Command + R)
  2. Sign out to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then sign back in.
  3. Try using a different supported browsers.
  4. Use a private or incognito window:
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, sign back into your account and check if you can already add new client subscription as expected.
