Follow the steps from the following links to download and then install QuickBooks Desktop on your server computer. Once you have installed the software and ready to use it, you may start transferring your online data to the new service.

You may have 2 options

1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TP Exporter for Online, TP Importer for Desktop

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

Then you can purchase the one time (outright) license for QBD 2021 or the subscription license for QBD 2022.
