Welcome to Community! It's important that you're able to file your returns with QuickBooks Pro Tax and that your subscription is active. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to business as soon as possible.
I suggest taking a look at your Pro Tax subscription information. Here's how;
1. Open Settings ⚙
2. Select Subscriptions and Billing
3. Open the Firm subscriptions tab
4. Update your billing information and follow the steps to re-subscribe
