How do I add a user on QuickBooks online IOS app?

Based on what you've described, it's important to note that certain functions that aren't available on the mobile app can be found using a web browser. You'd need to access your account using a web browser by visiting www.qbo.ca > look for Sign in at the top right > enter your login info > once you're logged in, click on the Gear icon > Manage users. From here, you can add a user to the account.
