How do you change your username?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online enables you you edit your login credentials as you feel necessary, to keep your account secure.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to edit your user information;

1. Log into QuickBooks Online

2. Click on your profile icon in the top right and then Manage your Intuit account (you may be prompted to sign in)

3. Select the tile for Sign in & Security

4. Click on User ID to expand the view

5. Make the necessary changes and hit Save
