To make changes to your associated email address, follow these steps;
1. Log into you QuickBooks Online account
2. Click on your Profile picture, or badge in the top right
3. Open Manage your Intuit Account
4. Select Sign in and Security
5. Click on your email address to make the necessary changes and hit Save
Note; It's important that your User ID and Email address match, to prevent any issues when logging into your account.
