How to update primary admin

You may have 2 ways:

1. Request to Intuit

2. Backup option, if you are still able to login as Company Admin and the account is active (not canceled).

Open a new blank QBO account

then utilize the trial version of the Copy feature available in a backup restore app to clone data.
