Running your business with QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to streamline your bookkeeping and stay organized. I know how important it is to be able to log in on multiple devices. If you've recently changed your password, you should be prompted to enter the new password on your other devices. I'd be happy to explain what you should do if you've changed your password.
If you weren't asked to enter your new password on your other device after changing it, it may be that your devices are linked. Some computer or network settings allow you to link common credentials across all devices to keep things simple.
If you want to make sure your new password is being recognized, I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This will remove any stored Internet data, such as auto-filled or cross-entered passwords. Here's how to do that: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Once that's complete, you'll be able to enter your updated password on your new device.
