I wholesale the subscription and resale to my client. Do I have to be a primary admin or can i just be an accounting firm? Client has reached 4 users including me

Making sure your clients can maximize their use of QuickBooks Online is important. Clients who are subscribed through your wholesale billing don't need to be the Primary admin, allowing you to transfer this access to another user. I can point you in the right direction.

If you were to want to transfer the Primary admin role to another user in a client's company, make sure you're logged as the Primary admin and located within your client's books. Navigate to the Gear Icon, then Manage Users. Select the admin level user you want to transfer Primary Admin rights to, then click on the drop-down menu in the right column. Click the option to Transfer Primary admin, and they will receive an invitation to their email address which they will need to accept.
