Hi shore,

Being able to keep track of when someone logs on or any changes they make is a great way QuickBooks Online helps to keep your account secure. I can help go over how to see this information.

QuickBooks Online makes keeping track of what happens in your account easy with the audit log. The audit log keeps track of when anyone logs in to your account and any changes made. In order to access the audit log you'll need to go to: Gear>Audit Log. If you wish to see just the information regarding your accountant you can filter the log by clicking the filter option at the top and select the accountant as the user. It'll also show log out if the sign out option is selected. If the window is closed or the session times out from no activity it won't show on the log. In order to sign out you can click the icon in the top right beside the gear and then select sign out.

Have a great one!
