Manage users to edit accountant information under the action option not available.

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online lets you manage user roles and permissions when changes are required.  I would be glad to help!

Managing users on your QuickBooks account, is only accessible by the Primary Admin.  It's important to note that an Accountant cannot be removed from your books by another accountant.  If you're listed as the Primary Admin and the Accountant user, with the same login credentials, you'll be logged into the client account as the Accountant user, rather than the Primary Admin.  This would impact your ability to remove the accountant user.  To learn more about user management in QuickBooks Online, click here.  Follow this link for assistance with changing the Primary Admin on the account.
