My address is set to Canada and I cannot change my credit card information in the Payment details as the only drop down provided is "State" How can this be resolved?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to update the payment method for your QuickBooks Online subscription, in keeping your account active.  In your situation, I feel you would benefit by contacting our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They'll be able to work with you personally, and ensure your payment details are updated without delay, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
