Question

On the app I go into invoices to mark some paid from yesterday. Old invoices are at the top. I slide the screen down to refresh, and it just spins and spins.

Clearing your app's data on your device will reset it to default settings and remove any cached files that may be causing the issue.

 

Here's how: 

 

For iPhone devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then click General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload AppThis will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

Android devices:

 

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, please update the app to its latest version. You may also consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

Alternatively, you can mark your invoices as paid by logging into your QBO account via a web browser.
