Unable to delete my Quickbooks account. Don't have any active subscriptions, I only am using the free period? It always tells me to cancel subcriptions

In the data privacy in Inuit Account Manager I am stuck at an infinite loop on

There's something for you to do in ... before we can delete your data

To delete your data and stop using this product, you must first cancel your subscription.How to cancel.
After you cancel your subscription and your current billing period ends, please return here to delete your data.


But I do not have any subscriptions! Please help me I just want to delete my Intuit Account

When an account has been made inactive, you'll continue to have access to your data for one year from the date of cancellation, before it's automatically deleted, as noted here.
