Why has my customer view showing different? I realize there was an upgrade but everything is in a different spot. Can it go back to the way it used to be?

You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. In case you may be experiencing browser display issues, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser to help fix that.
