Thanks for replying. Intuit Site said in January that W2 processing and I would be able to download on Feb 5. Well on Feb 11 I logged in and there was nothing. I did the online chat for assistance and that was useless. Last night, 10 days later they finally got back to me and said that when I re-enrolled my service on 1/15, the electronic cutoff had been missed so they did nothing to file W2 with SSA and never informed me that nothing was filed. Also provided no suggestions as to what I can do now with forms being almost 4 weeks late. Just told me I would need to do it myself. Not sure what I paid Intuit for?!?
