Currently, the option to categorize title and item charges separately in Accounts Receivable (A/R) is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Yet, you can generate a Sales by product or service detail report. This report will provide a revenue breakdown by specific products or services, allowing you to analyze sales trends and performance.
Here's How:
Go to Reports, and select Sales by Product/Service Detail in the Find Reports by Name dropdown.
Choose accrual as the accounting method, then customize by clicking the customize button.
Under the Filter dropdown, check the box of the ff: (Transaction type, Product/service, and A/R paid)
Then, run the report.
If you want to remove specific columns from the report, click customize, then select rows and claims, and uncheck the filters you don't need.
