Can i backup my QB online data to my system

I'll provide details about the backup feature in QuickBooks Online.

Downloading your data is possible in QBO. This feature is exclusive to the QBO Advance subscription.

If you're using a different version, consider exporting your data to successfully get a copy of your files. Otherwise, here's how you can backup a company file.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company as an admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon and choose Back up company.
3. Select Backup from the menu, then select New Manual Backup.
4. Pick the Company you want to manually back up.
5. From the Backup Type dropdown, select Full, Incremental, or Complete.
6. Choose Request Backup.
