Can I change my Company profile from US to pakistan after using US trial?

At this time, you cannot change the country of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company profile after you've created it. The region of the account is determined by the website where you made the subscription. However, you can create a new account and choose the country you want to subscribe to. 

You can also use the Multicurrency feature to record foreign currency transactions.

If you wish to change the country, you may need to create a new account by choosing the country first: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.

QBO US version and QBO Global version for Pakistan are 2 different versions. If your company is located in Pakistan, you should have QBO Global version. You can purchase from a ProAdvisor to get a better discount rate.
