Can I create a "tuition paid" report for a customer's tax return? We are a private school.

I am here to guide you on creating a report for payments made in 2023 on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

You can use the Transaction list by the customer and then filter the transaction type based on what transaction you’re using on recording the paid tuition on your QBO. Let me guide you to the button that generates the report.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Enter the Transaction list by the customer in the Find report by name tab.
3. Click on the Filter option between the Group and General options.
