The option to generate a list that shows all sent email reports is unavailable. However, you can send feedback to our product developers for this feature in QuickBooks Online to help improve your experience.
When you want to send an email report next time, I also suggest adding a carbon copy (CC).
You may refer to this article if you want to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.
