can i move a quickbooks online trial account to an existing online account?

Hi there, @cherry13. Yes, you can import your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data into a QuickBooks Online (QBO) trial (Advanced), then move it into your existing QBO company. But you’ll need to meet a few requirements first to perform this.

As you may know, QBDT to QBO migrations must occur within 90 days of creating the trial account. When you set up the trial, sign in with the same Intuit account you use now. For the process, use the links below:

When copying your migrated data from the trial account to the existing one, both accounts must have the same subscription level (Advanced to Advanced) and be under the same login credentials. Also, please note that the copy process will permanently overwrite any existing data in your existing QBO account. If either the trial or the existing account is on a lower subscription tier (Essentials, Plus or Simple Start), there's no direct way to transfer the migrated data between the accounts. In this case, you can export and import lists (customers, vendors, etc.) through Excel.
