To get a rate review, you must meet the following requirements:
You processed through QuickBooks Payments:
In QuickBooks Online: An average of $10,000 over the last three months.
In QuickBooks Desktop: An average of $15,000 over the last three months.
You processed with QuickBooks Payments for at least the last three consecutive months.
Your account doesn’t currently have funds on hold and remains in good standing.
We don't review accounts for the following discounts or fees:
Authorization fees
AMEX SE program - these discount rates are set by American Express
I suggest contacting our payment support as they are the representative who can pull up your account and check.
You can also contact us using your QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
Go to Help(?).
Select Search, and then click Contact Us.
Enter your concern and select Let's Talk.
Choose a way to connect with us:
a. Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
b. Start a chat with a support expert.
c. Get a call back from the next available expert.
