The ability to restore data is a feature exclusive to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced subscription plan. If you have a QBO Advanced subscription for your previous company file and have created a backup, follow these steps to restore your data:
Go to Settings⚙, then click Back up company. Please note that you need to sign in with your Intuit account, and then select Authorize to proceed.
Find the company you want to restore a back of.
From the Action ▼ dropdown menu, choose Restore.
From the Date field, select the date you want to restore.
From the Time ▼ dropdown menu, choose the time you want to restore.
From the Ready to restore your backup? section, enter "AGREE".
Click Next. If you see a list of recommended actions, follow them first. After you finish everything on the list, select Refresh to continue.
Click Start Restore.
