I'm sorry to hear you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you wish to cancel your account, I can walk you through the process.
Before we proceed, I suggest saving a copy of your data so you can access it after canceling your account. Once done, you can follow along with these steps:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Account and settings.
Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online (If you're in a trial version, select Cancel trial).
