We're you able to start entering your transactions? You can cancel your QBO account on the Accounts and Settings page. Beforehand, I suggest saving all of your data by exporting the information. This way, it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.
Here's how to cancel:
Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
Select Billing and subscription.
Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel.
Choose Continue to cancel, then click the Continue to cancel button in case it appears on the screen.
Go through the steps that follow.
Click Submit and cancel subscription.
Click Got it.
