"Client Viajes Indigo Int'l LLC: renewed July 24, payment stuck in pending loop since. Can't log in as accountant or as client. Need manual review."

Hi everyone, I manage my client's QuickBooks Online account through my Accountant Edition. I renewed their subscription on July 24, 2026. Since then, the account has been stuck in a "pending" state and never finishes processing. Whenever I try to log in — either through my Accountant Edition or directly with the client's own credentials — I'm redirected to a screen that says: "We appreciate your patience. We have received your request and will process your registration shortly." There's no further action available, and this has now been looping for over three weeks with no resolution. I've tried reaching Chat Support multiple times, but it shows as unavailable whenever I attempt to connect. Has anyone experienced this specific "pending registration" loop before? Is there a way to escalate this directly to Intuit, or can a QuickBooks Team member here help look into this account?

Your browser has too much cached data, which could cause the error after you renew your subscription. Open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito browser window, or a different supported browser, to help QuickBooks recognize your updated billing information.

If the error persists, you can contact our Intuit Experts during their support hours. They can review your account, update the necessary details, and help you renew your subscription. For guidance on the best time to reach them, you can check this article: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

After you successfully renew your subscription, the error should disappear, and QuickBooks should display your next billing date for the following month.
