Question

Do I have to have two accounts one for my property and one for my business or do I use the same account as I can't seem to find anyway of doing it with my account ?

You can use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for your business, or you may choose different software to track your finances and property records.

You can check out the QBO plans, along with their respective services and features.

@David Thorpe I do not recommend using the same account to manage both. Consider using an old version of QB Desktop with a non-subscription license to manage your personal finance or property to lower your expenses. It will be easier to switch to QB Online whenever you are ready in the future.
