You can bring back the prompt by going into your preferences. Let me show you the steps below.

1. Go to the Edit menu at the top.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click on General in the left-hand panel.
4. Select the My Preferences tab.
5. Check the box for Bring back all one time messages.
6. Hit OK.
7. Close QuickBooks and reopen it. The next time you exit, the prompt should reappear.
