Federal mileage rate wrong for 2025

You simply need to wait for these rates to be updated. However, if you prefer to add trips manually in the meantime, here are the steps you can follow to do so:

1. Go to Miles and click Add trip.
2. Add the distance in the Distance (mi)* field.
3. Add a Start and End point address.
4. Choose either the Business or Personal radio button.
5. Add the trip purpose under the Business trip.
6. Click on Save.
