HAS ANYONE HAD TROUBLE TRYING TO CANCEL THE PAYROLL subscription . I AM BEING BLOCKED EVERY INCH OF THE WAY!!!!!!!~!~!!!

It seems that my colleague already provided the steps in canceling your payroll subscription. You can refer to this link to see @IamjuViel's answer: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/cancel-payroll-for-the-5th-time-trying-today/00/649303. She provided the steps on how to fix it and able to cancel the payroll subscription successfully.

 

In case you didn't receive any error message or were unable to cancel the account in your end, I'd encourage you reaching to our Care Support team to review and help you cancel the subscription:

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Please enter a short query and hit Let's talk.
  5. Choose to Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

Someone from QuickBooks will reach you out. You can also check our support hours to get support on time.
