Hi, I would like to know if I can find my quickbooks certification with you guys from 2017.

You're using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), correct? If so, the previous certification can be found ProAdvisor menu.

Before we proceed with the steps, please note that they will only appear for active ProAdvisor certifications. Once it's no longer active, the certificate icon will be removed. However, the completion date will remain, along with the ability to still print out your course module.

Here's how:

1. In QBOA, go to the ProAdvisor menu at the left pane to get to the Training tab.
2. Click the Training & certification history option at the bottom to see the previous certification.
