How can I access my account, it gives me some irrelevant information and doesn’t let me to go to my account

The system says that my subscription will start on July 12. What’s the solution for this ?

Try signing out of your account and logging back in. If the message persists, please contact our live support team so they can investigate your account details directly. You can also check your subscription status using these steps:

 

  1. Log in to accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Go to the Products & billing tab.
  3. Select your product to check its status.
